Floor sealant based on an acrylic co-polymer with low molecular weight in a complex combination of charges, pigments and suitable solvents.

COLORS TO CHOOSE
COLORLESS, RED, GREEN, GRAY AND BLUE.

APPLICATIONS

PAVISELL sealant is recommended for sealing concrete, cement, wood, etc, floors in all types of industrial buildings, both new and for general maintenance.

PROPERTIES

  • Surface sealant that penetrates approximately 3 mm into surfaces, sealing all natural pores in concrete and cement.
  • Prevents the penetration of dust, grease, water, etc.
  • Compacts the particles in the substrate, leaving them stuck together for greater strength than that of the simple joining by the setting of the cement.
  • Gives surfaces greater mechanical resistance to abrasion and wear, preventing the forming of small cracks and splits that serve as the basis for greater erosion.
  • Provides great chemical resistance to both acids and alkalis, organic solvents and greases.

COVERAGE

Coverage depends on the porosity of the surface; generally, on average it will be 3 m2/l in 3 coats.

It is very important to apply the sealant in various coats, as thinly and as evenly as possible, so that all the solvent evaporates before drying to prevent occlusions that could cause unsticking or blistering.

METHOD OF USE

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be totally clean and dry. The surface must be porous, otherwise treat it with our DESCAL scale remover diluted to a concentration of 5% to 10%.

PRIMING
Apply a first coat of sealant diluted in our solvent: 1 part of product for 2 of solvent, preferably using a woollen roller.

SEALING
A second coat should be applied about half an hour later, undiluted, as thinly as possible, pressing the roller to prevent air bubbles.

SEALANT FINISH
For an optimal result, apply a third finish coat with the product diluted in solvent (3 parts of product for 1 of solvent).
