Quick-setting and expansive hydraulic cement especially designed for repairing water courses and large seepages in floors and walls.

APPLICATIONS
Recommended for app repairs involving serious water leaks or seepages through cracks or holes in concrete, fibre cement, walls, floors, etc.

PROPERTIES

  • Mix of special salts and cements, very quick drying (in a few seconds).
  • Immediately stops leaks and seepages of water under pressure, since its components react with the damp, accelerating the setting of the cement and forming a permanent plug of material that sticks completely to the surface to which it is applied.
  • Quickly gains great structural strength, allowing it to support permanent water loads under both positive and negative pressure.
  • Reacts with water and damp, causing an exothermic chemical reaction that changes the crystalline structure of the cement into a totally impermeable material.
  • Sticks perfectly to porous damp materials such as concrete, mortar, brick, fibre cement, etc, penetrating the material's pores to form long-lasting chemical bonds.
  • Once set, it is inert.

METHOD OF USE

Used by mixing with sufficient water to give a paste and applied by gloved hand, pressing it against the water leak and maintaining the hand pressure for 2 or 3 minutes.

In joints or holes: Open and clean the area well and dampen the surface if necessary, before applying the product as described above.
For general damp: Apply the product by gloved hand spreading it over the area in as thick a layer as possible and wait for a few minutes.

In cracks: Apply the paste from bottom to top until the entire crack is sealed. If water pressure is high, do not close the entire leak but leave a final drain to relieve the pressure and allow suitable setting. Once the paste has set, seal the drain in the same way for the final finish.

After this treatment, brush the treated area to remove unset dust.
Check the treated areas for a day to ensure that all the dampness has been eliminated. Finally, use our REVICEM to waterproof the area, if required. The product must be mixed just before applying since it sets quickly; otherwise, it will require excess water, causing it to lose adherence and mechanical strength
