Mortar based on cement, selected aggregates and special additives which hardens in a few minutes once mixed with water.

APPLICATIONS

  • For repairing peeling and holes in walls.
  • Embedding pipes.
  • Marking edges before rendering a wall.
  • Anchoring screws, metal profiles, wood in masonry walls, etc.

PROPERTIES

  • Free of chlorides, so it does not cause iron to rust.
  • Sticks perfectly to any traditional support such as ceramics, cement blocks, etc.
  • Gives great cohesion with minimum losses of material.
  • Does not shrink in normal working conditions and over reasonable lengths, avoiding the classic cracks that appear in edges or anchorings.

COVERAGE

Depends on the volume to be filled. As a guide: 2 kg of paste fills 1 litre.

METHOD OF USE

Clean the support.
Mix the product with water in a suitable container.
Mix only a little since it will be unworkable within a few minutes; once it has hardened, it must not be re-mixed.
Moisten the surface with which it is to come into contact.
Use the pallet knife used to mix the product or a gloved hand to fill the cavity completely. Smooth as soon as possible with the pallet knife or grinder
ANCHORINGS

Use a hammer and chisel to create a suitable cavity in the wall.
Clean the support and mix the product with water in a suitable container.
Partially fill the cavity with paste, insert the metal angle or plug so that it is completely covered by paste and fill the rest of the cavity, smoothing the paste afterwards.
Support the iron for 1 or 2 minutes, and the anchoring is ready.
The anchoring will have achieved sufficient strength for use after 1 hour although it is recommended that it not be subjected to heavy loads until the next day.
