Water-soluble liquid especially designed to prevent concrete from sticking to the surface of moulds and coffering without altering its appearance or properties. APPLICATIONS Has a wide range of applications, such as:
PROPERTIES Made from a complex and totally balanced mix of mineral oils and anti-oxidising, anti-rust and emulsion agents. Forms an emulsion in water over a wide concentration range. The emulsion in water acquires great viscosity that allows it to stick perfectly to the surface, even in vertical moulds. Does not oxidise metal surfaces. Facilitates removal from the mould, improves the finish of coffered surfaces, avoiding defective edges. Increases mould life, reduces labour costs and the time taken for removal from mould. |
METHOD OF USE The coffering moulds must be dry and free of all dirt. If the moulds are rusty or have remains of cement, we recommend using our DESCAL scale remover. The stripper can be applied by brush or spray, undiluted, as supplied, or diluted in up to 10 parts of water. The concentration of the emulsion will depend on the work being carried out. We recommend making tests to obtain the optimal mould removal with minimum product use COVERAGE: In iron coffering: 170-190 m2 per litre. In wooden coffering: 110-130 m2 per litre. |
