APPLICATIONS

IMPERLAD is recommended for waterproofing all type of vertical surfaces, especially brick and exposed brickwork, since it gives an impeccable aesthetic finish. It is also perfect for other materials such as tile, concrete, ceramics, tiles, stone, etc.

PROPERTIES

• Has deep capillary penetration as its main active principle.
• Its finish is a transparent film that, once dry, enlivens the colour of the surfaces to which it is applied.
• Once it is completely dry, the film is not attacked by air pollution or ultraviolet radiation.
• The water repellent film is permeable to water vapour and air, allowing surface transpiration and preventing the formation of pockets.
• Because the product is water based, it is comfortable and practical to handle.

COVERAGE

Following the instructions for use provides a coverage of approximately 4m2 per kg of product.

METHOD OF USE

The product may be applied by brush, roller or spray, either pure or diluted 50% in water.
On very porous surfaces, a second coat should be applied for a totally water-repellent surface.

STEPS FOR OBTAINING OPTIMAL COVERAGE:

1. PRIMING:
Apply the product diluted with 20% water as a first coat using a fine-hair brush.

2. FINISH :
When the first coat is fully dry, apply a second coat using undiluted product.
